Never doing this sort of fishing before Damon is pushed to his physical limits on some arm stretching fish that just don’t give up. It’s hard core game fishing for a rookie that’s not to be missed.

Ian Seeto from Lure and Fly and Daiwa sponsored angler, 15/15, 10.11kg has taken out the 2012 Daiwa BREAM Australian Open! Russell Babekuhl took out second with Steve Morgan rounding out the top three. Michael Colotouros took out the final session Big Bream Honours.

Daiwa Japans Number one premium squid jig range is now available in Australia. The new Emeraldas Nude models are truly unique and feature many design innovations that make it the most effective jig available on the market today.

The Emeraldas Nude is a visual and action jig, its unique lifelike pattern design and smooth body is designed to attract a squid by sight and action. Its smooth body design allows the lure to dart and slide effortlessly through the water, more realistic than any other jig.

The Nude is just not another jig it’s a complete eging system that incorporates accessories to broaden the horizons of this unique jig. The Emeraldas Boat is all about fishing deep, its unique weight and tow point design allows it to swim deep down without rising up through the water column out of the strike zone. Its central tow point and the slim nose design  act like a bib on the lure and actually pulls the lure down deep. The nose is also metal so if it does strike rocks, structure etc it will transmit this directly to the rod.

Tues 10th, fox sports channel 502, 4-4.30pm episode 5- Cassini island, followed by episode 6- fraser island flats from 4.30- 5pm Wed 11th, fox sports channel 502, 4-4.30pm episode 7- south OZ snapper, followed by episode 6- fraser island flats from 5-5.30pm Thurs 12th, fox sports channel 503, 3.30-4pm episode 7- south OZ snapper, followed by episode 8- png black bass from 4-4.30pm.

Season 3 will begin in February 2012
