Daiwa Large Tackle Organiser – Ian Seeto
The Daiwa Tackle Organiser (large) has become an important piece of of my kit. Whether transporting tackle in the boat, when travelling in the car for holidays or weekends away, it provides ample room to store tackle and equipment securely and easily accessible.
The first thing I noticed when I received my Tackle Organiser for the first time was that it held four oversized tackle trays providing ample room for gear to cover multiple species and techniques if required. What makes this even better is that pretty much all my tackle is stored in these type of tackle trays at home, so it’s just a matter of picking the trays I need for the occasion and loading them into the bag to go. Whether I’m heading away with the family in the car or out in the boat on my own, I can easily pack my gear accordingly without any fuss.
The storage within the Tackle Organiser doesn’t stop there. It also has a generous sized pocket at each end to hold things like keys, food, phones, spare spools, packets of soft plastics and other bits and bobs, while under the top flap you will find a mesh pocket perfect for keeping you leader, knives, scissors and pliers. If you like to have your pliers and scissors more accessible, there is also a few slots/sleeves on the front of the bag where you can slide these in. The Tackle Organiser has multiple eye points that can be used to attach other items or to configure the adjustable shoulder strap to your liking and can be placed down with the opening at the top or on its side for easy access the trays.
Regardless of your style, land based, rocks, boats or if you are a tournament junkie, this Tackle Organiser is well thought out and definitely made for travelling.
