26 Certate SW Promotion T&C's
General
The promoter is Daiwa (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 11 001 090 857) of 33 Cross Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 (“Promoter”).
Information on how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion
The promotion is “26 Certate SW Free Insulated Fish Bag Promotion” (“Promotion”).
The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Friday 8th May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 1st June 2026 (“Promotional Period”), or while stocks last.
All claims must be submitted by 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 1st June 2026 (“Claim Period”).
Eligibility
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged eighteen (18) years or over.
To be eligible, individuals must purchase any 26 Certate SW reel (“Participating Product”) in a single transaction from a Daiwa Retailer during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
How to Claim
To claim the promotional item, eligible customers must:
- Purchase a Participating Product from a Daiwa Retailer during the Promotional Period;
- Visit the official promotion landing page;
- Complete the online claim form including full name, email address and delivery address;
- Upload a clear and legible copy of the purchase receipt;
- Select their preferred insulated fish bag size (70cm, 100cm or 150cm);
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and
- Submit the completed claim form during the Claim Period.
All claims will receive an on screen confirmation upon submission.
Proof of Purchase
Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
The receipt must clearly show:
- Retailer name
- Date of purchase
- Product purchased
- Purchase amount
Failure to provide proof of purchase upon request may result in invalidation of the claim.
Offer Details
Eligible claimants will receive:
One (1) Daiwa Insulated Fish Bag (70cm, 100cm or 150cm) (“Gift”), subject to availability.
- Limit of one (1) Gift per Qualifying Transaction
- Gift size is subject to availability at time of claim
- Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
Fulfilment
Approved claims will receive their Gift via delivery to the address provided in the claim form.
Please allow up to 14–21 business days from claim approval for delivery.
The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the claimant.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including identity, age and purchase details).
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion:
- Disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- Reject incomplete, illegible or fraudulent claims
General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If this Promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical issues, fraud or supply constraints), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Any technical issues affecting claim submission
- Lost, late or misdirected claims
- Delays in delivery outside of its control
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the Gift.
Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to administer the Promotion.
Personal information may be disclosed to third parties including service providers, delivery partners and regulatory authorities where required.
By participating, claimants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
