Customer Service/Spare Parts Interpreter Application

Due to internal promotions we are now looking for a full time, Customer Service/Spare Parts Representative to join the team in our Sydney Northern Beaches Head Office! This will be a busy role providing inbound Spare Parts Service and Support to our existing customers as well as working closely with our Service and Sales Divisions.

You will be responsible for taking inbound Spare Parts sales calls, processing sales orders, attending to walk in customers, liaising with the Service Department and general Spare Parts Inventory duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver best in industry customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a key contact for our Spares Department to all Internal and External stakeholders
  • Offer Spare Parts assistance and process all incoming orders/credits/returns from our Service and Sales team
  • Accurately respond to customer product enquiries within a timely fashion.
  • Maintain records and specifications in accordance with customer and internal quality requirements.
  • Ensure that there is a high level of accuracy with entry and processing of all sales orders
  • Ad-hoc administration and Service/Spares Duties

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience in Parts Interpretation or Spares Parts Sales
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • An intricate knowledge and interest in Fishing Tackle
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with Navision Software is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and pride in your work
  • Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solve
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Confident and personable manner
  • Professional phone manner essential
  • Strong knowledge of the Daiwa range of products is an advantage
