D.Y.F.C Australia Monthly Photo Derby Terms & Conditions

Entry to the “D.Y.F.C Australia Monthly Photo Derby” Giveaway is open to residents within Australia who are registered D.Y.F.C Australia Members aged between 3 years and 17 years of age. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 to enter the promotion. Daiwa Australia staff and their immediate families, and Daiwa Australia Dealers, their staff and immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion. By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter the promotion, each entrant must complete the D.Y.F.C Monthly Photo Derby competition entry form and upload an image that is relevant to either the “I Love Fishing” or “Eco Angler” categories for which they are entering. All entries must be an original and owned by the entrant. The promotion will run on a monthly basis commencing from 1 September 2021. Entries received from 00:01 AEST on the first day of a calendar month (the “Opening Date”) until 23:59 AEST on the last day of that calendar month (the “Closing Date”) will be entered in to the prize draw for that calendar month. An independent panel of Daiwa Staff judges will then select one (1) winning Entry as the “Best Capture” from all of the entries received in any one calendar month for the “I Love Fishing” category and the “Eco Angler” category. Winners will be contacted via email by the next business day and will post Winner’s names and photo submitted on multiple Daiwa Australia channels, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Website. Total value of the two (2) Daiwa monthly prize packs awarded each month are $100 RRP,  each prize pack valued at $50 RRP. Prizes are subject to stock availability and prizes of equal or similar value will be substituted where stock is unavailable. Daiwa Australia reserves the right to change, supersede or extend these offers at its discretion.
